Portrait Tips

1) Please agree or compromise on clothing and hair style. It is not recommended to come in with a fresh haircut as it wouldn't appear natural.

2) A proper choice of clothing can enhance your portraits. If there are any questions about clothing, call or stop by the studio.

3) Wear clothes that you feel comfortable in and like to wear.

4) Glass glare can be a distracting problem. If possible, borrow a pair of empty frames from your doctor. This eliminates reflection and distortions caused by your lenses, and will also reduce your retouching costs. We do charge extra for removing glass glare.

5) Come in to the studio and check out our pose walls. If there are certain poses or props desired, let us know. The more that we know, the more personalized your portraits will be.

Terms

- A $100 deposit will be collected in order for the proof booklet to leave the studio. An additional $20 will be paid if the proof booklet is needed on the same day as the sitting. Otherwise, proof booklets will be available for pickup on the next business day following the sitting.

- All originals are the property of Bell's Studio and must be returned within 10 days.

- 50% of the order total is due at the time of ordering.

- The balance is due when order is completed.

- No order will be put into production without one half of the total order paid.

- No part of any order will be given out until the balance is paid in full.

- Proofs remain the property of Bell's Studio and will be kept on file so reprints may be ordered at any time.

- When the finished order is picked up, please check the order at that time. Portrait orders are considered complete once they leave the studio.
